Directions to Anderson Lake
Description
Anderson Lake is a modest-sized lake of 50 acres with a maximum depth of 30′. The boat ramp is hard-surfaced and is capable of handling medium-sized boats. The lake contains the typical warm water fish species. Northern Pike, Bluegill, Pumpkin Seed, Yellow Perch and Black Crappie are present. Special note: This lake has produced several Master Angler panfish over the years with Bluegill as large as 13″.
The boat launch is located within the Anderson Lake West State Forest Campground thus requiring a Recreational Passport. The Anderson Lake Pathway is also located at this site if one wants the complete weekend camping, fishing, hiking experience.
